DATA AND ACCESS

Data, cookies, and access checks

Each policy item below is built to help you check what we keep and why. Your device does not change the rule set; the account record does.

Data use

We collect only the details needed to open, verify, and maintain your account, then use them for access checks, dispute handling, and record keeping. If a request falls outside local law, we will tell you before we act.

Cookies

Cookies remember your language, login state, and legal notice preferences across sessions. You can clear them in your browser on Android, iPhone, or desktop, but the next visit may ask you to confirm settings again.

Account security

For account changes, go to Profile > Security on desktop or the menu on mobile, then check your email before you approve anything. We treat that confirmation step as the signal that the request came from you.

Retention

We keep account and transaction records only as long as needed for policy handling, fraud checks, and legal retention duties. After that window closes, we remove or anonymise the data that no longer serves a current purpose.

Change requests

If your name, phone number, or address changes, send the new details through chat or email with a matching account reference. We will confirm what can be updated and what needs another verification pass.

Contact path

For a legal request, include the subject line, your registered email, and the exact page or action you want us to address. That makes it easier for us to route the case to the right team.

Questions about account policy

These are the questions we hear most when you want the legal terms to line up with your account. Each answer below keeps to the same rule: local law comes first, the account record comes next, and our support team helps you match the two without guesswork.

Access depends on where you connect from and whether local law permits it. If it does not, we block the action and show the policy that applies to your account in that location.

We keep the account details, support history, and transaction records needed to run the policy, verify requests, and resolve disputes. We do not keep data longer than the current purpose or retention rule requires.

Yes. Send the new detail from your registered email through chat or the form, and we will check whether the request can be applied immediately or needs another identity step.

Open your account and go to Profile > Terms. That page shows the version that applies to your account, along with the date it was last updated and the contact path for questions.

Yes. Each payment rail leaves a transaction record tied to your account, and we use that record for verification, support, and dispute handling. It stays under the same policy rules as the rest of your profile.

Use live chat or email and include your registered email address, the topic, and the page involved. We reply with the next step, what we can change, and whether we need more proof.

We replace the page in your account with the current version and keep the older record only when the law or a dispute requires it. If the change affects you, support can explain what it means.
